Established in 2011 Trade Bazaar Hometech Ventures is one of the fastest growing companies in its segment in India with an AAGR of more than 150% over the last 3 years.Trade Bazaar has three business units comprising of Domestic Distribution, B2B and International business.

Trade Bazaar is a distributor for various reputed domestic brands such as Karbonn Mobiles, Panasonic, Bajaj Electricals, Lenovo, Sunflame, Usha, Havells, Eveready, Bosch, Timex, HP and many more for sales of their products in India.

Trade Bazaar wholesales in the B2B segments various brands in the mobile and IT categories to large trading and corporate houses.

Having launched their International division early last year Trade Bazaar has already launched the brand “Bissell” exclusively in India this year. Bissell is an American Brand and a global leader in home cleaning and Floor care segment having approximately 11.5 % of global market share.

Trade Bazaar, has now acquired exclusive brand licensing for Altec Lansing in India, Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka. Altec Lansing is an American leading audio specialist having a rich legacy of more than 8 decades and available in more than 100 countries throughout the world for professional, home and multimedia applications.

Trade Bazaar operates, sells and delivers products Pan India from its branches operating out of Seven states in the country i.e. Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, West Bengal, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

Having done his MBA from UK, Shonit Dalmia joined the business as the Director – Konark Group.

He has spearheaded the diversification of the Konark Group based out of the country’s financial capital, Mumbai. Its flagship organization is a leading company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange [BSE] with core business operations in the complete textile value chain; right from manufacturing of cotton yarn, specialty fancy yarns and fabrics to garmenting.

The group also has a strong and diversified interest in the Indian real-estate space with various residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in its portfolio. The group is currently developing more than a million square feet of projects as part of its portfolio in Mumbai, New Bombay, Pune, Goa & Delhi.

As part of its diversification process the group also started a renewable energy division under his leadership and has projects in the solar and wind power generation across India.

Thereafter, he launched Trade Bazaar in partnership with Manav Tandon in the fastest growing retail market of the world. Efficiently developed business strategy and forecasted prospective targets. Giving the company a vision and direction, Shonit has played a key role in making Trade Bazaar one of the fastest growing companies in its segment having an AAGR of more than 150% growing from $3 million to $ 20 million in first 3 years of its operation.

Manav is a Partner at Trade Bazaar Hometech Ventures LLP. He is responsible to drive business expansion, strategic relations and business forecasting. He is also responsible for initiatives in marketing, branding, employee management and sales to effect a transformation in all spheres of business, whether national or international. Prior to Trade Bazaar, Manav had worked with Future Group where he was a part of the core team launching over 20 Ezone & 45 Electronic Bazaars across India.

Manav has been associated with the consumer durables and electronic industry since the last 10 years where he handled a wide range of assignments ranging from Business Development, Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Market Research, Execution of marketing plans, product promotion and implementation of business strategies to accomplish the decided targets.

Manav is an efficacious business driver who believes in creating high ROI relationships and leveraging them against well-established global competitors. Manav is an engineering graduate and completed his MBA from Mumbai University.
